Chapter Reports - for AGM 16th August 2020
by Chapter Coordinators for 2019-2020
St George Chapter Report - Lindsay Davidson (Chapter Coordinator)
Thanks to all of you for coming down on for the weekend. It appears to have built a fair interest up and we might get some new people to take on some jobs.
It is a very positive step that Brett has taken with planning the next Easter event.
Basically the report for the year is minimal due to not much activity in recent times and in 2019 we had some people going the runs, but not many on the runs.
We did manage to get 3 of us to the Xmas which was very good. Decreased the roo numbers on the way home. - Lindsay Davidson

Charleville Chapter Report - Ross Barton and Luke Paynter (Chapter Coordinators)
Charleville members were saddened at the passing of member, Trevor Sorrensen this year. He will be sadly missed. The social runs have been extremely popular with members and have had consistent attendance. Displays were done at the WW II Museum at the Airfield and Historic House this year and there was also a run for the formal. - Luke Paynter

Wallumbilla/Yuleba Chapter Report - Greg Seawright (Chapter Coordinator)
Well as you all have noticed Nett n Greg have been fairly absent for much of the last year. Like everyone else we were disappointed to miss out on the Easter parade. However there was a good run around Yuleba north and back to Wallumbilla pub sometime this year. Hope to see more of all the wonderful people in the RHMC in the next year. regards Greg Seawright
Injune Chapter Report - Joy Denton (Chapter Coordinator)
The Injune Chapter report is short and sweet, we have had a very quiet year , partially due to COVID, partially due to continuing drought conditions, members still feeding stock and caring for their country .
We do meet informally each month , First Sunday of the month , this gives anyone wanting to give their car a run , and to discuss their latest project the chance to do so .
I would like to thank Graham Hughes for flying the flag for Injune by attending most meetings and do hope more of us can do so in the future. - Joy Denton

Blackall Chapter Report Kerrie Hallam (Chapter Coordinator)
Everything is going fine. A couple of new members have joined recently. There are also some prospective members but other priorities for their time are an issue here. Hopefully, membership will increase. Might be doing the formal this year but there are only a couple of students. Those who are attending the runs are really enjoying the social aspect of the outing. Actively looking for new places for run destinations. - Kerrie Hallam

Dirranbandi Chapter Report - Bruce Sinton (Chapter Coordinator)
Things are quiet in Dirranbandi at the moment and Bruce is managing the hotel on his own. This does not leave much time for car club activities. There are a couple of prospective members in town. - Bruce Sinton
Taroom Chapter Report - Ashley Adcock (Chapter Coordinator)
I hope to be able to spend some more time on organising social runs. There is currently another member of the club in Taroom and there is the possibility of another member joining. A run to Roma is something we would like to do soon. - Ashley Adcock
